1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the 9kboss platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"). 2.2 Account Creation

When registering for a 9kboss account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. Failure to provide truthful information or using false identity documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with 9kboss. Creation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of any balances therein. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent these controls will be treated as fraudulent activity.

2.3 Account Verification

9kboss reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, government-issued identification cards, utility bills, bank statements, and photographs. You agree to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 9kboss. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension and temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

9kboss accepts deposits through various payment methods, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers through Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ, cryptocurrency (USDT), and Coins.ph. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution in connection with deposits.

Deposited funds are intended solely for gaming activities on the 9kboss platform. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe, in our sole discretion, involves suspicious activity, money laundering, fraud, or violation of applicable laws. You may not use 9kboss as a money transfer service, and any attempt to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without placing bets may result in account suspension and investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal amounts. The same payment method used for deposits must generally be used for withdrawals, unless such method is unavailable or impractical. We process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses, promotional credits, and free spins offered by 9kboss are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus play.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that we determine constitutes abuse of our promotional offers, will result in immediate confiscation of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to manipulate gaming outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain financial benefit
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 9kboss staff members
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our gaming software

4.2 Game Integrity

9kboss partners exclusively with licensed and audited game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are completely random and fair. We do not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the mathematical advantage inherent in the games themselves (known as the house edge).

In the event of a software malfunction, network disruption, or any technical error that affects game outcomes, 9kboss reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings resulting from malfunctioning games or software errors are void and will not be honored.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

9kboss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason that we determine, in our sole discretion, warrants such action. Reasons for account suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct outlined in these Terms
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Being identified as part of an organized fraud network or multiple account scheme
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months without login or gaming activity)
• Legal or regulatory requirements mandating closure

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and disputed amounts) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to 9kboss. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violations. If your account is terminated for fraudulent activity or Terms violations, 9kboss may confiscate all funds in the account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 9kboss platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of 9kboss or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 9kboss name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 9kboss platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, display publicly, perform publicly, republish, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 9KBOSS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the 9kboss platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in service

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9kboss does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the services.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
